The Philippine International Cosmetologists Association or PICA will be having its 1st Quarterly Seminar for this year dubbed as “ Making Faces” a look and learn Make-up Seminar this coming May 17, 2012 Thursday 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Grand Ballroom of the Hotel Rembrandt, Quezon City. This is exclusively for Pica members only. Expected attendees is about 300 members & more who will be coming from sixteen(16) Regional Chapters: Bacolod, Baguio, Bicol, Butuan-Caraga Region, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, General Santos-Socksargen, Iloilo, Nueva Ecija, Olzambat (Olangapo-Zambales-Bataan), Pampanga, Pangasinan, Rizal, Tarlac and Zamboanga Peninsula.
PICA’s main goal is not only to UNITE all hairdressers in the industry, but to GIVE PROTECTION to all MAJOR SUPPLIERS in the country, by means of educating all hairdressers, to choose the right quality products, and continuously promote the advocacy to all its members with the CAMPAIGN SLOGAN, “NO TO PRODUCT IMITATIONS”.
Novuhair will be there to support the seminar activities. Free hair and scalp analysis will be conducted, product discounts will be extended to the members and most especially, the introduction to the members of Handle Enterprise Corporation – the official salon distributor of Novuhair nationwide effective May 2012.
