Korina Sanchez is recognized as one of the best and highly admired broadcasters in the country, Korina Sanchez is now back on DZMM in the magazine program Rated Korina after more than two years of hiatus.

Korina took a break from her journalism career after getting engaged to Transportation and Communications Secretary Mar Roxas. She returned as one of the anchors of ABS-CBN’s primetime newscast TV Patrol in November, 2010.

Korina started her career in radio through DZMM. She did public service program Aksyon Ngayon with Ted Failon, the offshoot of their Hoy! Gising program in ABS-CBN. Their program then shifted to socio-political commentary named Tambalang Failon at Sanchez. She went solo in Korina sa Umaga when Ted was elected in Congress. Three years later, the show reverted to Tambalang Failon at Sanchez after Failon opted not to run for another term.
