Be a Novuhair Endorser Viral Video Contest

1. HOW TO ENTER

• Using your mobile phone or any camera, shoot a video of yourself or your friend(s) saying our tagline “Novuhair® Nature’s Answer to Hair Loss”
• Be creative! You can say it in your own native dialect or language (English, Tagalog, Cebuano, Japanese, French, British, etc.)
• Upload your video on Facebook (make sure it is Public) with hashtag #NovuhairViralVideo or #NovuhairEndorser so we can view it.
• There is no purchase requirement to join. No need to buy any of our products to enter this Facebook contest.
• Don’t forget to Like and visit our Facebook Page (Novuhair Official) for contest announcements!
• You can have a maximum of Five(5) entries.

2. JUDGING CRITERIA

During contest duration, all eligible entries will be judged by Sponsor (Nutramedica Inc) representatives. The panel of judges selected by Sponsor (Nutramedica Inc) will collectively select winners based on the following criteria: Clarity (Pronunciation), Video Quality, Creativity, X-Factor / Originality).
Determination of contest winners will be subject to verification and compliance with the official contest rules and instructions set by the sponsor.

Valid entries with a total tabulated score of 90 and above is qualified to win the Grand Prize. Valid entries with a total tabulated score of 89 percent and below will be ranked accordingly to win the Runner Up and Consolation Prize.
Entries that did not meet the Judging Criteria and comply with the instructions set by the sponsor will be disqualified.

3. PRIZES

• There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner of $1,000 cash and a NOVUHAIR® Gift Pack worth Php5,000.
• There will be two (2) Runner-Up Winners of a year supply of NOVUHAIR® 50ML Topical Scalp Lotion (24 bottles worth Php18,000 per winner).
• There will be ten (10) winners of a consolation prize of a NOVUHAIR® Gift Pack worth Php5,000 each.
• NOVUHAIR® Gift Packs to be given are not for sale and not convertible to cash.

4. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

• Winners will be notified by private message on their Facebook account, or by such other method as solely determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
• The winners will be announced soon after March 22, 2015 on NOVUHAIR®’s Official Facebook Page.

5. PRIVACY NOTICE

• Sponsor may collect personal data when you enter the contest. By submitting your entry in the contest, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor will own entries submitted by you in the contest thus permitting Sponsor to maintain the data in connection with the administration of the contest.
• This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or otherwise associated with, Facebook.

6. CONTEST DURATION

• November 22, 2014 to March 22, 2015.
